How long will it take for my order to arrive? ✈️

As a result of the measures in place in response to Coronavirus you should anticipate that the lead times shown below will be doubled.

All our products are printed to order in the UK. This usually takes 2-5 working days depending on which type of product you've ordered. Then, after your order has been produced, depending on the type of shipping/delivery method you choose, typical delivery times are as follows:

- 🇬🇧 UK, next day.

- 🇪🇺 Europe, 2-5 working days.

- 🇺🇸 United States, 3-5 working days.

- 🌎 Rest of the World, 3-7 working days.

Please be conscious of these timescales when ordering items for specific dates - e.g. presents.

What happens if there is a problem with my purchase?

We truly hope there won't be, but if there is, then we will get it sorted for you asap either by sending you a replacement item or giving you a refund. All we ask is that within 7 days of delivery you fully describe the problem to us in an email (we might ask you for photos to help us understand the issue) and of course return the item to us (at your own cost).

What currency will I pay for my purchases in?

Our webstore and our products are denominated in British Pounds (£) Sterling , but online we show you an approximation of the cost of each item in your local currency (or from the currency you select from the dropdown menu). The currency you will pay in will be the one used by your payment provider and the amount you will be charged will be determined by their exchange rate at the time your make the purchase.

What are the benefits of subscribing to your Newsletter or Joining your Rewards and Refer a Friend Scheme?

We believe that our customers are special and so we like to treat them in a special way. Our email Newsletter goes out roughly every month and keeps you informed of new products and gives you the chance to benefit from special 'Member Only' deals. Our Rewards and Refer a Friend Scheme recognises you for the support you give us by buying from us and e.g. following us on Social Media. Do you offer a Gift Service?

Not as such, but if you are ordering something as a present for someone, then we can remove the price(s) from the packing slip. You can request us to do that once you have added an item to your 'Cart' by writing your request in the 'Special Instructions To Seller' Box. 

If I see a Design I like, but can't find it on the Product I'm interested in can you help me?

I'm planning a special event - can you produce a bespoke design for us or personalise your products?

Yes we can. If you would like to commission an original design from us for your own personal use you can find info on that here

Or if you would like to use one of our existing designs but with an element of personalisation e.g. a person's name, perhaps that of a 'Hen' then we can normally do that for you at at no charge. Please email us with your ideas here
